We've decided to switch things up a little bit and move away from the 'brand ambassador' model, we'd been working with in the past. Now, we have various roles available within our promotional team - each with different levels of affiliation, responsibility and compensation. In the name of transparency, all of this will be outlined below. The 'ranks' are as follows:

Affiliate

​

This role is essentially just a discount code with no obligation of product promotion or brand exclusivity. Affiliates can be anything from nail content creators to coupon websites, with some featuring products as a one-off and others doing so on an ongoing basis. Compensation for this role is 5% commission and any gifts are discretionary.

Promoter

As the name suggests, the purpose of this role is to promote the products. Again, this is non-exclusive but regular promotion would be expected. You will be expected to create social media content which can also be reposted on our website and social media accounts, promote the brand and products online and increase brand awareness. Compensation for this role is 10% commission and any gifts or discounts are discretionary.

Partner

Brand partners are individuals who work exclusively with us. This is a role we would typically recruit for 'internally', meaning, we would recruit from our existing team of promoters. These are individuals who are equally as talented as they are passionate about this brand and facilitating its success. Compensation for this role is discussed on an individual basis.
