Professional Use

Diamond Nail Supplies products and goods are designed for professional use only. By purchasing from our store, you confirm that you are a fully qualified and trained nail technician or are enrolled on an accredited nail course for the purposes of becoming one.

Correct Information
We recommend double-checking your order details, prior to checking out, to ensure that all information is correct. Please note that if you place your order with an incorrect delivery address and it is shipped, we will not liable for any missing parcels. However, we will try our best to ensure it is redirected to the correct address once the mistake has been brought to our attention.

 

Order Confirmation

Within several minutes of submitting your order, you should receive a confirmation email. If this email is not received, please contact us as soon as possible via live chat, email or the ‘Contact Us’ page.

Taxes

All prices displayed are exclusive of tax. UK customers will have 20% VAT added at checkout. Customers outside of the UK will be charged any relevant taxes/duties upon import. This is beyond our control and we cannot provide any calculations as to how much this tax/duty will be. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any tax/duty. Diamond Nail Supplies bears no liability if duties/taxes are not paid by the recipient and the consignment is held/destroyed. No refund will be issued.
